DIAGNOSIS-REVERSING RADAR 62-91

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the reversing radar sensor

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the reversing radar left sensor connectors N01. 62
(c). Disconnect the reversing radar left and middle sensor connector N03.
(d). Disconnect the reversing radar right and middle sensor connector N04.
(e). Disconnect the reversing radar right sensor connectors N06 .
(f ). Change the reversing radar sensor.
(g). Ignition switch:"ON".
(h). Hang into the reverse gear.

Is reversing radar self-inspection normal?
Yes>Change the reversing radar sensor.
No >To step 2.

2. Check the harness and the connector (reversing radar sensor-grounding)

(a). Ignition switch:"OFF".
(b). Disconnect the reversing radar left sensor connectors N01.
(c). Disconnect the reversing radar left and middle sensor connector N03.
(d). Disconnect the reversing radar right and middle sensor connector H04.
(e). Disconnect the reversing radar right sensor connectors N06 .

(f). Measure the resistance according to values
in the table below.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value
multimeter
N01 (4) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω

N03(4)- Grounding ＜ 2Ω

N04(4) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω
N06(4) - Grounding ＜ 2Ω
Is the result normal?
Yes>To step3.
No >Repair or replace the harness.
