CD/DVD FAILS TO BE INSERTED / PLAYED OR POPUPS

IMMEDIATELY AFTER INSERTING CD/DVD

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check whether the CD/DVD inserted is appropriate

(a). Make sure that the CD/DVD is audio-CD/DVD and is out of distortion, flaws, stains,
scratches and invalidation.
NOTICE:
• The translucent or unique CD/DVD in shape cannot be played.
• CD/DVD with the label pasted on it should not be played.
• The commercial audio and video CD/DVD can be played.
• Refer to the "Operation Instruction of Sound System" for detailed information on the CD/
DVD that can be played.

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 2.
No >Replace and use the appropriate CD/DVD.

2. Check whether the CD/DVD is inserted correctly

(a). Check whether the CD/DVD is inserted in positive and negative inversion.

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step3.
No >Please insert the CD/DVD correctly. (Refer to "Operation Instruction of Sound
System" )

3. Check the CD/DVD

(a). Check whether the CD/DVD is too dirty.
