(b). If it is, clean the disc from the inside to the
outside along the radial direction with soft
cloth, as shown in the fig.
NOTICE:
Do not use the normal disc cleaner or the anti-
static preservative agent.
(c). Insert the CD/DVD.

Check whether the sound unit can play normally?
Yes>Please use the clean CD/DVD.
No >To Step 4.

4. Check the source files of CD/DVD media

(a). Replace it with a CD/DVD source file known as the legal copy and play the new
one.

Check whether the sound unit can play normally?
Yes>Please use the legal copy of CD/DVD.
No >To Step 5.

5. Check the sound unit

(a). Check whether there are foreign matters inside the cassette mechanism.
(a). Check whether there has already been a disc inside the cassette mechanism.
(c). Check whether the cassette mechanism is in a state that the disc has already been
inserted due to the wrong operation. In this case, the disc discharge key should be
pressed all the while to reset the cassette mechanism.

Is the result normal?
Yes>Replace the CD/DVD sound unit.
No >Take out the disc inside to reset the cassette mechanism. If there are foreign matters,
please send it to the designated maintenance point for maintenance.
