62-330 DIAGNOSIS-LIGHTING SYSTEM

Symptom description：
Press the front fog lamp switch, one side of the front fog lamp is not on while the other side
is on.
△ PROMPT：
Take the left front fog lamp as an example, detect the right front fog lamp with the same
method.

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Detect the front fog lamp bulb

(a). Ignition switch:"OFF".
(b). Check whether the connectors of the left and right front fog lamp are loose or falling
off.
(c). Remove the bulbs of the left and right front fog lamp.

(d). Connect the positive and negative
electrode of the bulb to the positive
and negative electrode of the battery
respectively to check if the bulb will light
up.

Is the result normal?
Yes>To step 2.
No >Replace the bulb.

2. Check the harness disconnection

(a). Ignition switch:"LOCK".
(b). Disconnect the left front fog lamp connector A34 and pull out the front fog lamp relay
R07.
