fuse F6 in the indoor fuse box and No. 5
terminal of body controller C56.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is an open circuit)

Connect the pin by Standard value

Position lamp fuse F6 ≤ 2 Ω
- C56(5)

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>To step 5.
No >Repair or replace harness.

5. Check harness short circuit to the grounding

(a). Disconnect body controller C56.

(b). Use a multimeter to measure the resistance
between No. 5 terminal of body controller
OFF T.S
Ω C56 and the ground.
Standard resistance: (check whether there
is a short circuit)

Connect the pin by

Is the inspection result normal?
Yes>Find the causes from other symptoms.
No >Repair harness short circuit to ground between connector C56 and position lamp fuse.
