62-380 DIAGNOSIS-LIGHTING SYSTEM

Symptom description：
Turn combination switch to "Small light" position, neither position lamp at two sides and in
the rear and front turns on.

Diagnosis Procedure

1. Check the fuse

(a). Ignition switch:"OFF".
(b). Open interior fuse box cover.
(c). Take out position lamp fuse F6 (20A).
NOTICE:
A special fuse puller is required for removing the fuse. It shall not be directly pulled out by
hand, which will damage the fuse easily.

(d). Check if the middle fuse wire of position
lamp fuse F6 (20A) is fusing.
Disconnect Normal

Check if the fuse is fusing.
Yes>Replace the fuse.
NOTICE:
While replacing the fuse, be sure to replace it with a fuse of the equal ampere rating value.
The backup lamp fuse value of this vehicle type is 20A.
No ＞ To step 2.

2. Check position lamp bulb

(a). Check if the left and right front and rear combination lamp connectors are loose and
falling off.
(b). Remove the bulb of left and right front and rear combination lamp position lamp.

(c). Connect the positive and negative
electrode of bulb into the positive
and negative electrode of the battery,
respectively to check if the bulb will light
up.
