Check whether the result is normal?
Yes> go to step 4
No> go to step 3

3 . Check the signal power supply of engine coolant temperature sensor.

(a) Use a multimeter to measure the voltage
between pin 46 of connector E01 of engine
ON
control module and the ground.

Check whether the result is normal?
Yes >Repair the opened signal circuit between pin 46 of connector E01 of engine
control module and pin B of connector E09 of engine coolant temperature sensor.

No > Replace the engine control module.

4 . Check the ground circuit of engine coolant temperature sensor.
(a) Ignition Switch: OFF.
