                 TURBOCHARGING SYSTEM

                 PRECAUTION

                 1 .    Before the servicing, the mechanic shall wear necessary protective shoes, gloves
                        and goggles to ensure personal safety.
                 2 .    Ensure the cleanliness of the oil and gas pipelines before installation. Make sure
                        that the oil inlet and return line of the turbocharger is clean and unobstructed,
                        the arrangement is reasonable and appropriate.The obstruction can not be
                        distorted, nor can any foreign body be found in the turbocharger and intake and
                        exhaust pipes.
                 3 .    Check the turbocharger nameplate to see if the model matches the engine.
                 4 .    New turbocharger needs prelubrication before use, but the added oil can not
                        submerge the supercharger.
                 5 .    When installing the supercharger, add clean oil to the threaded inlet of the
                        supercharger and turn the compressor impeller several times with hands to
                        ensure that the oil soaks in the inner bearings.
                 6 .    Non-original parts should not be used as they may undermine normal operation.
                        Original parts should be used.                                                               21
                 7 .    Switch off the ignition before operating theturbocharging system.Wait until the
                        exhaust system is cooled down; Otherwise, it may cause scald people.
