64-6 LIGHTING - FRONT COMBINATION LAMP ASSEMBLY LH
ADJUSTMENT
1 . Adjust the headlamp range.
(a) Adjust the vehicle until it meets the following conditions.
• The area around the headlight is not deformed.
• The vehicle is parked on a level surface.
• The tire pressure is within the specified range. (Refer to "Chapter 33. Wheel &
tire - wheel & tire assembly, on-vehicle inspection")
• A driver is in the vehicle (or replaced by a weight of 73 KG), and the vehicle is
ready to move (tank full).

(b) Check the headlamp range.
• Keep the headlamp reflector 10 meters
away from the screen (either a curtain
or a flat wall).
• Start the engine.
• Switch on the front combination lamp.
Check whether the headlamp range is
consistent with the illustration.
NOTICE
A and B are the positions of the headlamps; H
is the height of the headlamps; L1 and L2 are
the distance between the centers of the
headlamps and the center of the vehicle.
• If not, adjust the headlamp.
(c) Turn the adjustment bolts until the headlamp
is within standard range.
