(d). Install the cylinder gasket.

(e). Install the cylinder head and pre-tighten the
new cylinder head fixing bolt.

5 10 (f). Tighten the cylinder head fixing bolts in the
1 6 sequence as shown in the figure.
4 2 First step: Tighten with the torque of 40 N•m

Second step: Rotate by 90°

Third step: Further rotate by 90°

(g). Install the hydraulic tappet and roller rocker
arm into the cylinder head.
PROMPT:
Apply a suitable amount of lubricating oil onto the
hydraulic tappet and the roller rocker arm.
