(b). Check the planeness of the cylinder head.
Use the precision ruler to measure the
height of the cylinder head.

If not within the specified range, replace
the cylinder head.

(c). Check the hydraulic tappet and rocker arm assembly for damages; if any,
immediately replace it. 12C
(d). Check the first bearing carrier for damages; if any, immediately replace it.
(e). Check the oil guide bracket for damages; if any, immediately replace it.

8. Install the cylinder head
(a). Clean the mounting surface to make sure that it is free from oil or grease.

(b). Cut the tube nozzle at the front mark (the
nozzle diameter is about 3 mm).

(c). As shown in the figure, evenly apply the
Loctite 5970 sealant onto both sides of the
new cylinder gasket.
Sealant line width: 2 ~ 3 mm
PROMPT:
The cylinder gasket and cylinder head must be
installed within 5 minutes after the Loctite 5970
sealant is applied.
