12C-12 ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM - CYLINDER HEAD SYSTEM

(f). Install the valve chamber cover.
(g). Install the timing chain.
(h). Install the high-pressure oil pump bracket.
(i). Install the vacuum pump.
(j). Install the front cover.
(k). Install the phase sensor.
(l). Install the OCV valve.
(m). Install the fine oil-gas separator subassembly.
(n). Install the ignition coil.

6. Remove the cylinder head
(a). Remove the ignition coil.
(b). Remove the fine oil-gas separator.
(c). Remove the vacuum pump.
(d). Remove the high-pressure oil pump bracket.
(e). Remove the upper small coolant pipe unit ( for the longitudinal engine ).
(f). Remove the upper small coolant pipe unit ( for the horizontal engine ).
(g). Remove the cylinder head water outlet subassembly( for the longitudinal engine ).
(h). Remove the cylinder head water outlet subassembly ( for the horizontal engine ).
(i). Remove the intake manifold subassembly.
(j). Remove the turbocharger subassembly.
(k). Remove the front cover.
(l). Remove the timing chain.
(m). Remove the valve chamber cover.
(n). Remove the camshaft.

(o). Remove the hook.
•Remove these 2 hook fixing bolts (
arrow direction) and the hook.
