(g). Install the timing chain fixed rail 2 and the
timing chain fixed rail 2 fixing bolt, and pre-
tighten the bolt.
(h). Tighten the timing chain fixed rail 2 fixing
bolts with the torque of 20 ±3 N•m in the
1 sequence as shown in the figure.

(i). Install the timing chain movable rail and 12C
timing chain movable rail fixing bolt (arrow
direction), and tighten the bolt with the
torque of 20±3 N•m.

(j). Install the timing chain tensioner and the
timing chain tensioner fixing bolt, and pre-

tighten the bolt.
PROMPT:
Before Installting the timing chain tensioner, check
whether the color chain link on the timing chain
2
is aligned with the timing mark on the VVT chain
wheel and the crankshaft chain wheel 2.
(k). Tighten the timing chain tensioner fixing
fuwx12C151 bolts with the torque of N•m in the
sequence as shown in the figure, and take
down the tensioner positioning tool (arrow
direction).
(l). Remove the timing adjustment tool.
(m). Install the engine oil pump chain (arrow
direction).
