(h). Remove the timing chain fixed rail 2.
•REmove these 2 fixing bolts of the timing
chain fixed rail 2 (arrow direction) and the
timing chain fixed rail 2.

(i). Remove the timing chain fixed rail 1.
•Remove the timing chain fixed rail 1 (arrow
direction) using the screwdriver wrapped
with protection adhesive tape.

(j). Remove the timing chain (arrow direction).

4. Check the timing chain
(a). Fit the timing chain onto the gear with both
diameters a equal to each other. Straighten
the timing chain in the arrow direction, and

measure the center-to-center distance b
between both gears.
Standard value:
b
a = 80.85 mm
b = 412.75 ~ 413.3 mm
