(e). Cut the tube nozzle at the front mark ( the
nozzle diameter is about 3 mm).

(f). As shown in the figure, evenly apply the 12C
Loctite 5970 sealant onto the mounting
surface of the front cover.
Sealant line width: 2~3 mm
NOTICE:
•Before application of the Loctite 5970 sealant,
check the type and validity of the Loctite 5970
sealant.
•The front cover must be fitted within 5 minutes
fuwx12C131 after the Loctite 5970 sealant is applied.

(g). Install the front cover and pre-tighten the front cover fixing bolt.

(h). Tighten the front cover fixing bolts with the

torque of 8±1.2 N•m in the sequence as
shown in the figure, and then further rotate

them by 45° +6.8° .
