(g). Remove the oil guide groove.
•Remove these 2 oil guide groove fixing
bolts (arrow direction) and the oil guide
groove.

2. Install the front cover
(a). Install the oil guide groove and the oil guide
groove and the oil guide groove fixing bolt
(arrow direction) and tighten it with the
torque of 5 ±0.8 N•m.

(b). Use the sealant scraper to remove the
residual Loctite sealant 5970 on the front
cover.
(c). Remove the residual Loctite 5970 sealant
on the mounting surface of the front cover
(for example, use the rotary plastic brush).

(d). Clean the sealing surface to make sure
that it is free from oil or grease.
