Straighten the engine oil pump chain in the
arrow direction, and measure the center-to-

Standard value:
a = 40.43 mm

b = 127 ~ 127.2 mm

5. Install the timing chain 12C
NOTICE:
•Before Installting the timing gear, raise the piston of the 1st cylinder to the top dead
center.
•Before Installting the timing chain, turn the timing mark on the camshaft timing chain
upward.

(a). Fit the timing chain, and align the blue
chain link on the timing chain with the
exhaust VVT timing mark.
