ENGINE MECHANICAL SYSTEM - FUEL SYSTEM 12C-121
                 FUEL SYSTEM

                 PRECAUTIONS

                 1. The gasoline or gasoline evaporative gas is highly inflammable. To avoid fire or
explosion, keep the gasoline far from the ignition source, and the operator is not
allowed to use the mobile phone when performing this operation. The discharged
gasoline must not remain uncovered during storage, and a dry type chemical fire
extinguisher must be provided when performing this operation.
                 2. Before servicing the fuel delivery pipeline, the pressure in the fuel system must
                        berelieved.
                 3. There is a very high pressure in the fuel delivery pipeline ! Without pressure release, 12C
it is not allowed to service the fuel delivery pipeline; after the pressure is released,
the operator must wear the goggles and protection clothes to avoid contact
between the skin and the gasoline.
                 4. Pay attention to following requirements at assembling:
(a). Correctly record the fuel system pipelines, for example, the cooling pipeline and
electric wire, to recover the original wiring.
(b). To avoid damages of pipelines and lead wires, reserve a sufficient space with all
                        rotating or hot parts.
                 5. When performing any operation on the fuel system injector, do carefully observe
                        following five requirements on cleaning:
(a). Before loosening any connection, thoroughly clean the connection and its adjacent
                        area.
(b). Place the removed parts on a clean mat, and cover it (use the non-woven cloth).
(c). If the service is not to be provided immediately, carefully cover or seal the
                        dismantled parts.
(d). Only fit clean parts: spare parts unpacked immediately before the installation.
Never use the unpacked parts (for example, those parts stored in the toolbox).
(e). Avoid the use of compressed air onto the dismantled device as much as possible.
Avoid moving the vehicle as much as possible.
