(d). Remove the thermostat.
• Remove these 2 thermostat connecting
pipe subassembly fixing bolts (arrow
direction) and the thermostat connecting
pipe subassembly.

• Take out the thermostat in the arrow 12C
direction.

23. Check the thermostat
(a). Soak the thermostat in the water, and
gradually heat the water to inspect the
thermostat. The thermostat opening
temperature is 95℃ . The thermostat
fully-open temperature is 1055℃ . If
not in compliance with the above-
mentioned inspection criteria, replace the
thermostat.

24. Install the thermostat
(a). Install the thermostat in the arrow direction.
