11 REPLACEMENT

1 . Switch off the ignition.
2 . Open the engine hood.
3 . Disconnect battery negative cable. (Refer to "Chapter 20 Starting and Charging
- battery, replacement")
4 . Screw out the engine oil cap and remove
the engine trim.

5 . Disconnect the intake manifold pressure
sensor connector.

6 . Remove the intake manifold pressure
sensor fixing bolts.
(a) Screw out the intake manifold pressure sensor
bolts.
(b) Remove the intake manifold pressure sensor.
CAUTION

• Clean the mounting surface after
removing.
• Clean the sensor after removing to avoid
being blocked by oil or dirt.
