WIRING - SYSTEM CIRCUIT DIAGRAM 71-133

                   Description:

                   • The battery current passes through fuse F12 in the fuse box of the engine
compartment to supply power to pin 30 of main cooling fan relay R5, which is
controlled via pin 44 of the ECU. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is
produced and the contact is closed. The current passes through fuse F24 from pin
87 of main relay R1 via the contact to supply power for pin 85 of every fan relay.

                   • Low-speed control
The battery current passes through fuse F12 in the fuse box of the engine
compartment to supply power to pin 30 of main cooling fan's low-speed relay R5,
which is controlled via pin 47 of the ECU. When the coil is energized, a magnetic
field is produced and the contact of R5 is closed. When the current flows from pin
87 of R5 via the contact to pin 2 of the main cooling fan motor and is grounded via
pin 3 of the motor, the main cooling fan motor operates at a low speed.
                                                                                                                     71
                   • High-speed control
The battery current passes through fuse F12 in the fuse box of the engine
compartment to supply power to pin 30 of main cooling fan's high-speed relay R16,
which is controlled via pin 33 of the ECU. When the coil is energized, a magnetic
field is produced and the contact of R16 is closed. When the current flows from pin
87 of R16 via the contact to pin 1 of the main cooling fan motor and is grounded
via pin 3 of the motor, the main cooling fan motor operates at a high speed.

The battery current passes through fuse F16 in the fuse box of the engine
compartment to supply power to pin 30 of auxiliary cooling fan relay R4, which is
controlled via pin 33 of the ECU. When the coil is energized, a magnetic field is
produced and the contact is closed. When the current flows from pin 87 of R4 via
the contact to pin 1 of the auxiliary motor and is grounded via pin 2 of the motor,
the auxiliary cooling fan motor operates.
