Most of the funding comes from lunch plates that Eric sales
every Friday starting in March and going through December.
This year he incorporated the sale of frozen dinners. He cooks,
prepares the meal and freezes them and all you do is thaw
them out and place them in the microwave. No cooking in-
volved.
