5.3.4 It is noted that a total of 11 trips will interact with the A2 / A249 / Bobbing Hill /
Sheppey Way / Chestnut Street (Key Street) roundabout during the AM peak hour,
and 12 trips during the PM peak hour, equating to an additional movement every
five minutes on average. It is not considered that this would have a material
impact on the operation of the junction.

5.3.5 It is further noted that KCC has recently been awarded Housing Infrastructure
Funding from Government to enable the Key Street Roundabout to be upgraded
to accommodate the housing growth provided for by the adopted Local Plan.
