Part 2: Create a CCCApply Account

You will now create an username and password for CCCApply. Please complete all
3 pages. Be prepared to provide the following information: name, date of birth,
home/mailing address, email, phone number, social security number (optional).

Step 1:

Click on “Create an Account”
Note: If you have previously applied to any
CA Community College within the past 3
years you will need the username and/or
password created for your account.

Complete the Online Application
If you are unsure of this please click on “Sign In”, then select “forgot?’ or call (877) 247-4836
for assistance.
