We drove around the training track with me in lead, in Barry’s truck with the difficult gearbox past
yellow marked trees than red marked trees going up hills than down. At times all I could see was
sky and was never exactly sure where we were going.
Shane following in John’s automatic ( He wants one now).
We both managed to go up & down, then around & survived.
Both glad to see the gate & our broken truck.

We rang RACV while we had reception then the slow drive to the entrance gate.
We came back in the tow truck with only 1 stud attached to back wheel.
We both had a great day & learnt a lot.

A big thanks to John & Barry for our great instructors and their patience & vehicles.

Now we have to put it into practice.
Happy Days…..

Not the perfect way to end the day but
it could have been worse !

RACV Total Care saw the crippled
Troopie collected and deposited to a
mechanic close to Mary & Shane’s
residence.
