Cluster Information
Executive and Operational Staff
Assessors may consist of the following:
• Other than the PYD’s PPP/PPK
• Have a working relationship
• From the same or different PTj
Management
• Among staff who are Grade 41 and above
• Designation grade of assessors must be higher than that of PYD
• Academic Staff who have been appointed to an administrative position by the
University
The number of Assessors nominated by PYD is between seven (7) and twelve (12)
The selection of two (2) assessors is done randomly by the system
a) Executive Staff who have been appointed to lead a Central PTj (Top Management/
Director)
• Executive Staff who have been appointed to lead a Central PTj
• Academic Staff who have been appointed to an Administrative position
Co-worker
• Executive and Operational Staff from the same PTj
42 • Have a working relationship

• Do not have a supervisory relationship
• Same or different grade/service scheme
(Note: The nomination of Assessors for the co-worker cluster for Executive Staff who have been appointed to
lead a PTj is not limited to the same PTj because most PYD’s are under the supervision of the staff concerned)
b) Executive and Operational Staff
• In the same or different service scheme according to the suitability of
placement
• From the same PTj as PYD
• Have a working relationship
• From the same or different grade or service scheme and without a supervisory
relationship
