7.0 Summary


               By cultivating P.O.I.S.E Core Values that have been incorporated in the
               performance assessment starting in 2021, we hope to form a quality work
               culture, which is in line with the implementation of UM Transformation Plan
               2021-2030 and UM Strategic Plan 2021-2025. The cultivation of these
               values will produce UM staff, who are efficient, visionary, dynamic and
               possess a first-class mindset, and are capable of making significant, high

               impact contributions to the nation and the world.

               collectively by all UM members.
               Commitment from staff of all
               levels is very important in ensuring
               the success of UM Transformation
               Plan 2021-2030 and UM Strategic
               Plan 2021-2025 by cultivating
               core values; namely, Passion,
               Oneness, Integrity, Sincerity,
               Empathy (P.O.I.S.E).
