System improvement is conducted based on results and feedback
obtained from testing sessions to ensure the system functions
optimally.
The system that has been developed is flexible and user friendly. For
example, reference documents such as NTP information are always
on display and available for reference at any time. Such information
can be obtained by clicking the info icon .
The main components and functions of the system are as follows:
1) Determination of P.O.I.S.E Scales and Items
The system administrator sets P.O.I.S.E scales and items.

76 other systems such as Student Information System (UMSItS)
and Single Sign On Portal (SSO). The determination of
stakeholder is based on iHRIS and UMSItS data sources.
