               will  be  students  of  Hashem)  only  that  they  should  come  to                 הַמ ,הרָוֹתַּה תַעידְִי ידְֵי לַע עדֵַיֶּשׁ ,רַמוֹל וֹנוֹצרְוּ ."ךְִיָהלֱֹא
               know in which perasha He is involved (occupied).  Accordingly,
               those  people  who  wantonly  violate  the  laws  of  Lashon  Hara                  הֶאוֹרֶשׁ וֹמְכּ וֹשְׁפַנְבּ רֵיַּצְי םַגְו ,וֹנוֹצרְ ירְֵבוֹע לֶשׁ ףוֹס הֶיְהִי
               and Rechilut and other forms of forbidden speech and do not                             .הֶז ידְֵי לַע רֶצֵיַּה ףֵגָנִּי יאַדַּוְבּ זָאְו ,תיִשׁוּח הָיִּארְ
               accept any responsibility to guard themselves from these sins,
               (emphatically) how much embarrassment and shame will they
               endure when they come (to hear Hashem in the World to Come)
               to  read  these  parshyot,  and  concerning  them  the  pasuk  states               קֶלֵחְבּ ןיִיוּלְתַּה ןיִשֲׂעָה ןֵכְו ןיִואָלַּהֶשׁ םָדָאָה עדֵַיֶּשׁ ,רָקִּעָה .ו
               (Yechezkel 20:43) “You will (judge) yourselves to be cut off for
               all of the bad you have done.”                                                      םיִיוּלְתַּה ןיִשֲׂעָהְו ןיִואָלַּה םִע םָתָגרֵדְַמְבּ םיִלוּקְשׁ ,רוּבִּדַּה
                                                                                                   תַמֲחֵמ רֶצֵיַּה וּנֶּתַּפְי םִא ,לָשָׁמְלוּ .םֶהֵמ רֵתוֹי םַגְו ,הֶשֲׂעַמְבּ
               All this is relevant even after they have been cleansed of their sins
               by virtue of the suffering they will have endured in Gehinnom and                   ויָלָע איִצוֹיְו ,םיִשָׁנֲא יֵנְפִבּ וּהֵנַּגיִו ךְֵלֵיֶּשׁ ,יִנוֹלְפּ לַע וֹסְעַכּ
               places comparable and have subsequently merited a place in Gan                      ךְֵליֵל וּהֵתַּפְמ רֶצֵיַּה הָיָה וּלִּא ,וֹשְׁפַנְבּ ןֵנוֹבְּתִי ,ערַ םֵשׁ
               Eden.  As our sages have taught: “Every Jew has a place in Olam
               Haba” (Gemara Sanhedrin 90a, in the Mishnah).  Nevertheless,                        :וֹבּ רֵעוֹגּ הָיָה יאַדַּוְבּ ?וֹל ַעֵמוֹשׁ הָיָה םִאַה ,תוֹנוֹזַּה תיֵבְל
               embarrassment and shame will cover their faces as they come
               to read these parshyot, as we find this concept in Gemara Sotah                     יֵניֵעְבּ בָעֹתְמ הֶז רוּבֲע הֶיְהֶאֶשׁ ,ןוָֹעְבּ יִנֵתַּפְלִּמ יַלָעֵמ ךְֵל
               (41a, in the Mishnah) regarding King Agrippas when he reached                       ,רֵתוֹי רוּמָח ערָ םֵשׁ איִצוֹמ לֶשׁ ןוָֹעֶהֶשׁ ,יִחָא עדֵַתְו .'ה
               this point in the reading of the Torah (Devarim 17:15) “Do not
               attempt to coronate a non-Jew as your king,” his eyes welled                        ןִמ רוּמָח ויִפְבּ רֵמוֹאָה אָצְמִנ .).ו"ט ףַדּ( ןיִכרֲָעַבּ אָתיִאדְִכּ
               up  with  tears  (because  he  was  not  Jewish).    (Please  see  that             םיִלקְָשׁ םיִשִּׁמֲח ןֵתִּל ךְירִָצ הֶתַּפְמוּ סֵנוֹאֶשׁ[ הֶשֲׂעַמ הֶשׂוֹעָה
               reference).  And that was when this portion of the Torah was
               read, which was only once in seven years in the Beit HaMikdash                      דַבְל  ,םיִלקְָשׁ  הָאֵמ  ןֵתִּל  ךְירִָצ  ערָ  םֵשׁ  איִצוֹמוּ  ,ףֶסֶכּ
               at the time appointed for him to read the Torah.  How much more                     ןיִדּ רַזְגּ רַזְגִנ אלֶֹּשׁ ,וּניִצָמ ןֵכְו .]הֶז לַע לֵבּקְַמֶּשׁ תוֹקְלַמַּה
               so in Gan Eden, which is the eternal world and one’s soul will
               be bound up with the Fabric of Life, as the pasuk has related                       לַע ,דַבְלִבּ םיִלְגּרְַמַה ןוֲֹע לַע אָלֶּא ,רָבּדְִמַּבּ וּניֵתוֹבֲא לַע
               (Shemuel  I  25:29),  (and  there)  he  will  routinely  hear  many,                                .ץרֶָאָה לַע הָבִּדּ וּאיִצוֹהֶשׁ
               many parshyot from the mouth of the Shehchinah that address
               the issues of man’s speech.  (Emphatically) How much suffering
               and shame will he endure as he recalls how he trampled under his
               foot all of these mitzvot while he was alive in this world and he                   אָמוּחְנַתּ שׁרַדְִמְבּ אָתיִאְדּ הַמ דיִמָתּ ויָניֵע דֶגֶנְל הֶיְהִי .ז
               did not feel even the least regret about it.  How will he be able to
               hold up his face because of his shame?  No words of comfort will                    טֵלָמִּהְל םֶכְנוֹצרְ םִא :אוּה ךְוּרָבּ שׁוֹדָקַּה רַמָא' :)'ב ערָֹצְמ(
               console his soul as he continually recalls the enormity of the sin                  םיִכוֹז םֶתַּאְו ,ערָָה ןוֹשָׁלִּמ םֶכְמְצַע וּקיִחרְַה ,םֹּנִהיֵגַּה ןִמ
               he committed in this world.  Therefore, every person must think
               about this very carefully while he is still in this world and accept                               .'אָבַּה םָלוֹעָבוּ הֶזַּה םָלוֹעָבּ
