 If Kayin who killed intentionally,  ð−ÌïÑôèÔþÖíÓLöÌ−Ôš  the Tree of Life in the middle of the Garden, öflÖbÔíCB¤³Ða·ó−ÌiÔìÞÔí±¥Ñ¼Ðî
 [nevertheless] his punishment was suspended  Bñ íÖñгÌò  and the Tree of Knowledge ³Ô¼£ÔcÔí±–Ñ¼Ðî
 for seven generations,  ,³BþBð íÖ¼ÐëÌLðÔ¼  [of what is] good and evil. :¼ÞÖþÖîëB '¬
 [then,] I, who killed unintentionally,  èÑèBL −ÌzÐèÔþÖíÓL−ÌòÎê  10. A river went out of Eden to water the Garden, ö¢ÖbÔí-³Óê³B£šÐLÔíÐñöÓð flѼÑôê¤Ñ®Ò−·þÖíÖòÐî.−

 A term meaning many periods of seven generations  ³Bi̼−ÌëÐL −eaÌþ öBLÐñ

 But the Midrash Bereishis Rabbah 295  [states:]  :íÖaÔþ³−ÌLêÑþÐaLÔþÐðÌôe  [Thus,] “He created man” is the general statement  ,ñÖñÐkeíÓï,óÖðÖêÖí³ÓêêÖþÐëÌiÔî
 Lemech killed no one.  ,óeñÐkCÓôÓñèÔþÖíêG  leaving from whence he was created obscure  ,öÖ×−ÑíÑôB³Öê−ÌþÐaóÔ³Ö½
 His wives separated from him  epÓnÌô ³BLÐþBt î−ÖLÖòÐî  [as well] as obscuring what was done.  ,î−־μÔôóÔ³Ö½Ðî
 once they gave birth to children  ,íÖ−ÐëÌþÐîíÖ−ÐþÌteôÐiÌwÓMÌ ô  It then repeats and clarifies: “God formed man, etc.”  ’îèî ó−ÌíGÍê’íþÓ®−ÌiÔî:LÔþ−Ñõe þÔïÖì
 because it had been decreed  íÖþÑïÐèíÖþÐïÐèÌpÓL−ÌõÐñ  and caused the Garden of Eden to sprout for his benefit  öÓðѼöÔèBñìÔôЮÔiÔî
 to annihilate the descendants of Kayin  öÌ−ÔšñÓLB¼ÐþÔï ³BñÐ×Ìñ  “and placed him in the Garden of Eden”  öÓðѼöÔèÐëeíÑì−ÌpÔiÔî
 after seven generations.  ,³BþBð íÖ¼ÐëÌLþÔìÔêÐñ  and put him into a deep sleep.  ,íÖôÑcÐþÔz î−ÖñÖ¼ñÑtÔiÔî
 They said “Why should we give birth in vain?  ?íÖñÖíÓaÔñ ³BðÐñB− eòÖêíÖô :eþÐôÖê  The one who hears this may think  þeëÖ½Ô¼ÑôBMÔí
 Tomorrow the Flood will come  êÖa ñeaÔnÔíþÖìÖôÐñ  that this is a different story,  ,þÑìÔêíÓNμÔô êeíÓL

 that my children be annihilated for that sin?  ?öBÖ¼ B³BêÐëíÓñÖk−̼ÐþÔïêÑíÐ iÓL  “And He brought them to the man  óÖðÖêÖíñÓêêÑëÖiÔî
 Just as Kayin, who committed murder  ,èÔþÖíÓLöÌ−ÔwíÔôe  so that he may name them”  óÑL ³BþКÌñ
 yet his punishment was suspended for seven generations,  ,³BþBð íÖ¼ÐëÌLBñíÖñгÌò  and to teach concerning the birds  ³BõB¼ÖíñÔ¼ðÑnÔñÐñe
 then, I who have killed no one,  ,−ÌzÐèÔþÖíêHÓL−ÌòÎê  that they were created from the swamp.  :šÖšÐþÖíöÌôeêÐþÐëÌpÓL
 certainly should have my punishment suspended  öÑkÓLñÖkêG
