REVIEW OF THE EXISTING INFRASTRUCTURE AND UTILITIES

Inventory of Roads

The existing road condition inside the ISU
campus is still acceptable and passable except some

parts that need to be repaired or overlaid, especially
roads 1 and 2. In addition, the on-going road
construction on road 6 and road 7 must be continued.
Construction of Road 4 and road 8 is highly 1

recommended.

With the current condition of the roads, it is 8
important to integrate different design strategies 2 3 4

gearing towards more convenient road plots within
the vicinity of ISU. It is recommended that access to
major roads within the campus shall include good
walkways, and bikeways to provide smooth 5

connectivity. In addition there should also be
designated locations of stops, pick-up and drop-off 7
points with adequate facilities to enable convenient
boarding and alighting of students, employees and 6

visitors.
