COMMUNITY
The following parameters served as the foundation for the proposed FACELIFTING of the entrance gateway, boulevard, covered walks and façade design of the
Administration Building.
UNIVERSITY MOTTO: UNIVERSITY OF PEOPLE AND NATURE
ACADEMIC COLORS: GREEN, YELLOW AND BROWN
NATURAL RESOURCES: CLAY (brick production) and CORN (Bacao Festival and the proposed Philippine Corn Institute)
The look aims to create an impression that ISU-Echague is the home of the Philippine Corn Institute. Passing through the boulevard is parallel to walking
through a corn field. The design elements are a good balance of the browns of the bricks and the green and yellow of the corn husks. The geometric figures
represent the corn which are both of aesthetic and functional value.
