                        NIKS’ THAI TEA G&T


                        50ml of the Infused Hendrick’s Gin*           Build and Stir into a Copa De Balon over
                                                                    1 cubed ice
                        2 dashes of Angostura
                                                                      Garnish with a Sunkist zest + Mint bouquet
                        1 dash of Peychauds.                        2 + Cinnamon stick

                        3ml of fresh lime.                          *For the infused Hendrick’s Gin:
                                                                    Bottle Hendrick’s Gin (700ml) sousvide with 60g Thai tea for
                        East Imperial Burma tonic top               1hr at 48 degrees. Then fine-strained with cheesecloth.
