LEMON GRASS G&T



                                                                                     30ml lemongrass infused
                                                                                     Botanist Gin
                                                                                     60ml tonic water
                                    INFUSION                                         1 stalk of lemongrass

                                                                                     1 kaffir lime leaf

                                                                                     Half a calamansi
                                                                                         Pour the infused gin into a rock
                                                                                     1 glass with ice.
                                                                                     2    Top up with tonic water.



                                                                                         Slap the kaffir lime leaf
                                                                                     3 to release its aroma.

                                                                                         Garnish together with
                                                                                     4 lemongrass and calamansi.











                   LEMONGRASS

                   INFUSED GIN:



                   700ml Botanist Gin
                   5 stalks of lemongrass
                   Multi-functional siphon
                   (cream whipper)
                   at 500ml capacity
                   1 N2O cartridge



                      Cut lemongrass to 5mm
                   1 length at 45 degrees.
                       Put lemongrass with 500ml
                   2 gin into the siphon.
                       Charge the siphon with the N2O
                   3(remove cartridge after charging).
                       Immerse the siphon into boiled water
                   4for 20 minutes.

                       Place the siphon in a cool bath till
                   5the siphon is cool to touch.

                       Pour into and mix with the rest
                   6of the 200ml gin in the bottle.
