MINT PEA SYRUP



             1 tsp dried mint tea
             1 tsp butterfly pea flower

             500g tsp sugar


                 Brew all ingredients in
             1 500ml of 80˚C hot water
































             CAT IN THE GARDEN



             45ml Botanist Gin

             10ml Monin Yuzu
             20ml lime juice
             30ml soda

             10ml mint pea syrup



                 Shake the gin, yuzu syrup and
             1 lime juice in the shaker with
               ice. Pour into a glass.
             2   Top with soda.



                 Float the mint pea syrup                                             TRANSFORMATION
             3on top.

                 Watch the blue mint pea syrup
             4turns red as you stir the drink.
