GLOBE TROTTER



                   90ml gin
                   90ml sugar syrup

                   270ml water
                   30ml Menthe Pastille
                   1 tsp Ronnefeldt Morgentau                                           SIPHON
                   Green Tea
                   Zest from 1 lime, 1 orange and
                   1 lemon

                   2 slices of young ginger
                   5 mint leaves

































                      Put all the ingredients in
                   1 a siphon coffee maker.
                       Boil for 2 minutes then
                   2turn off heat.
                       Let the machine do
                   3its magic.
                       Garnish with citrus zest,
                   4a dehydrated pineapple
                     and globe amaranth.

                       Push down all the garnish
                   5into the glass before
                     consuming.
                   Serves 2
                   Optional:

                   Add 1 bar spoon of honey
                   upon serving.
