     COFFEE TONIC
                   90ml tonic water
                   45ml Johnny Walker Blender’s Batch No. 2
                   30ml cold brew coffee
                   10ml maple syrup
                   (maple syrup : water - 1:1 dilution)
                   A bunch of mint leaves.
                                                                                    CONNECTING
                                                                                    OPPOSITE
                                                                                    FLAVOURS
                      Put whisky and maple syrup
                   1 into a high ball glass.
                       Add ice and top up
                   2 with tonic water.
                       Float cold brew coffee
                   3 on top.
                       Slap mint leaves to release
                   4aroma then use as garnish.
