worldwide, according to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM)
(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, 2023). An increasing awareness of
gender equality, a desire for more economic independence, and easier
access to financial and educational resources are some of the causes
driving this dramatic transformation in the entrepreneurial landscape
(Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, 2023; International Labour
Organisation, 2023 and World Economic Forum, 2022).

Through womenpreneurship, women can break down social
boundaries and start their own businesses, which is a catalyst for
empowerment. Women who start their own businesses become
autonomous, financially independent, and have decision-making
authority (Goyal and Yadav, 2014; Rokis et al, 2018; Ali et al, 2018).
By giving women a stage to display their abilities, inventiveness, and
creative ideas, entrepreneurship promotes their sense of
            empowerment and independence.

Numerous advantages are provided by womenpreneurship to people,
communities, and the world economy. Women entrepreneurs benefit
personally from being financially independent, having self-assurance,
and enjoying the satisfaction of creating their own companies
(Othman, Wahab, Norbit, 2021). They also serve as role models for
other women, encouraging them to follow their aspirations of
becoming business owners. Womenpreneurship fosters innovation,
job development, and economic prosperity for communities (Ali et al,
2018; Malik et al, 2021). Women business owners frequently
concentrate on industries like healthcare, education, and social services
that serve the needs of their local communities. Their enterprises
moreover furnish job prospects, specifically for women, and bolster
the general economic prosperity of their localities.
