that zakat and waqf might play in poverty alleviation, there is a dire
need for literature and studies to be conducted on the subject matters
so that innovation and progress can be done proactively.

This study employs a qualitative research methodology based explicitly

data for this study. The said community project conducted from March
2022 until April 2023. The researchers had actively participated in the
project, and mingled with the participants, including nine (9) stay-at-
home spouses and single mothers from the B40 community. The
participation of the researchers is vital to observe and interact with

trust and rapport with the participants. observation is another
qualitative research tool that enables the researcher to be part of the
findings. During data collection, researchers play their role and observe
the project through their senses, such as listening and seeing, which do
            not involve numerical measurement.
