growth and the gap in community wealth. This socioeconomic
problem has existed for centuries. There is no structured mechanism
implemented at the global level to solve all these problems
simultaneously. This situation creates a gap, as there is no centralized
socioeconomic circular mechanism at the global level. Seeing the
problems that occurred, Asif took steps to make this an important
issue in his PhD studies.
Considering all these issues, Asif has offered a framework in his study.
This framework is named GESE. What is GESE? It is a framework
that can be used to design a socioeconomic ecosystem at the global
level involving the cooperation of all parties including government,
corporate and industrial sectors, NGOs and communities. GESE is a
medium for providing (supply) and taking opportunities (demand) in
the socioeconomic sector, covering the economic, educational, health,
social/welfare and spiritual sectors. All the important information and
data related to all the world's communities will be gathered in the
database of this system. This enables the design of a system to assess
the socioeconomic position of each household/individual. By
collecting big data, the needs of a household can be analysed. For
example, regarding the economic aspect, data on the poverty level of a
household will be obtained by all parties at the global level. This
situation can cause opportunities for the rich to help the poor directly.
Not only that, other problems such as the ability to provide equipment
and money for children in the education sector will also be overcome.
The data and information will also be shared in GESE. This situation
will allow the global community to be aware of the minority areas that
have not yet developed in terms of education. Therefore, education
can be developed through the help given by the rich to the less able.
Likewise, from the point of view of health, the GESE system will
provide information on individuals who need health assistance, and
the information can be accessed by the community around the world
