3. Create protégé programmes for academics and Technical and
Vocational Education and Training (TVET) graduates who are
interested.
4. Conduct research on the needs of the world's population, focusing
on those who need assistance, and socioeconomic development
according to location.
The entities in the corporate sector will be given a credit rating based
on their level of social responsibility. The more contributions they
make, the higher their rating as an organization that supports the
socioeconomic development of the global community. The impact of
this will lead the global community to choose to buy products and
services from those companies that contribute the most.
Regarding educational and health institutions, the roles that they need
to play in determining the success of this system are as follows:
1. Create an education report card for all children. This will be
updated with the profile and record of the child's achievements,
from pre-school to preparing to find a job. It will give employers
the opportunity to evaluate an individual's competencies and
interests. This report card will provide data on academic
achievement, co-curriculum activities, school attendance and other
important information for employers to evaluate. Individuals from
poor families can be helped based on the data obtained from the
report card. The system will also create lifelong learning models,
including forecasts of future skills requirements and training
programmes.
2. Shift education/learning systems more towards mastering skills
than mastering a profession.
3. Create a global health card for people of all ages. This global health
card shows the health status of every individual in the world. If the
