remaining 23% was Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
contribution by companies amounting to RM30,000.00.
In order to run this project, PPZ created an official website
(http://musaadahsiswa.zakat.com.my) that is user friendly to help

students apply for assistance. The application was opened between
the 7th of October 2020 until the 9th of October 2020, and PPZ
received 843 applications, of which every application was approved.
All of the applicants came from various states of Malaysia.

EFFECTIVENESS OF THE AID
Effectiveness of The Musa’adah Khas Khaira (MKK) Aid
In measuring the aid distributed’s effectiveness, the survey
questions were designed to measure and identify the aid’s
effectiveness in terms of their financial impact on the people’s
livelihood. The implementation of this research was based on
primary data collected through survey questionnaires of 781
successful respondents. The data collection process was conducted
from the 12th until the 20th of November 2020.
