IT’S ALL ABOUT DIABETES!
In keeping with our Governor’s focus on diabetes, Winthrop Lions Club, Inc. in
association with St. Gabriel’s Older Adult Senior Center held a health forum
on “Diabetes and Foot Care”. The activity was coordinated by Ms. Daphne
Champagne, Community Outreach Director of LeSante Health. She was ably
assisted with presentations by two Physician Assistants, Alicia Florentine and
Chelsea Laguerre. There were thirty-five participants who enjoyed lunch
