the top 10 fund managers in their respective sector, ensuring that the investor is provided with every
               opportunity to outperform the benchmark in their selected strategy.

               Additionally, Ascot International will offer a range of both ‘Fund of Funds’ and specialist investment
               funds, which can be accessed as either a direct investment through Ascot Distribution (FE) or through
               Ascot Life policies.

               For direct investors Ascot International will include in the offering, a number of ‘low cost’ funds, which
               will be ideal for those starting out on the investment trail, with a range of risk profiles, and low start
               options.  These may, at any time, switch their investment into different funds within the range, or alter
               the amount of their regular contributions.  All this will be achieved through the multi-function Portal.

               8.     Sales Team


               The initial ‘launch’ sales team will consist of seven experienced seasoned professionals each with an
               extensive network of existing relationships in the international/cross border arena, particularly the
               selected launch markets.  This will ensure that Ascot Group products will be embedded into the various
               financial service provider networks from day one.  Our current intention is that the team will be soft
               selling for up to three months before Ascot Life goes live.  It is anticipated that the implementation
               process will be comparatively easy as these networks will be familiar not only with the sales team, but
               also with the Isle of Man and this style of investment linked products and international funds.

               9.     Service & The Portal

               The sales team will provide ongoing support to distributors, plus, in addition, both distributors and
               clients will be supported by the latest cutting edge online technology and systems available, via a
               dedicated area within the online portal, allowing for access 24 hours a day and providing a seamless
               experience for both the introducer and the end consumer with automated processes all the way from
               the front end to the back end.  As for the client facing elements, it is also intended to make the portal
               operational in a number of languages, to appeal to a wider demographic of distributor.
