 With a 125-year history, VNSNY is today the largest non-profit home care
agency in the United States.

 The VNSNY CHHA brings assessment, teaching and treatment
interventions to patients and caregivers ranging from newborns to
centenarians.

 We served 135,192 patients and made 1,363,488 Clinical Visits in 2017.

 We delivered 32,826,971 Total Home Health Aide Hours in 2017.

 For services under the CHHA, there must be the presence of a skilled,
intermittent care need and signed physicians orders.
