This will have the clinician perform the PT/OT/ST 44 visit.

*Note: If there is no existing visit, go to Medical Records, select the patient, from the Features section, select New
Orders, add a new order, then choose Hospital Hold as an order type. This will send a workflow to the office to
assign a PT/OT/ST 44 to the clinician.

Resumption of Care (ROC)

For a patient returning home after being hospitalized, a Resumption of Care (ROC) visit (RN15
or PT15) is required.

If the clinician is informed about the patient’s return to home, create a new order for the ROC:
1. Under Medical Records, choose the patient you want to create a ROC order for.
2. Select Features, then New Orders.
3. Add a new order, with the order type Schedule ROC Visit.
