SECTION 3. WORKING HOURS AND REST PERIOD

3.1. HOURS OF WORK - Notwithstanding to the operational needs and/
or exigent circumstances, the regular workweek shall consist of six (6)
consecutive days. The working hours shall be observed according to the
schedule provided at the end of this section.

OFFICE HOURS FACTORY HOURS
(2 work shifts)

Mondays to Saturdays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

3.2. OVERTIME WORK

On occasion, production workers and office staff may be required
by their supervisor to render work hours other than that of the regular
schedule as authorized by the Department Heads, Production Head and
HR offers. Such work shall be treated as overtime work (OT). Provided, the
overtime work must be rendered for a minimum of one (1) hour and shall
not exceed twelve (12) hours per week.

No employee shall work overtime, nor shall be paid therefore, un-
less such overtime has a prior approval by the management. All overtime
works must be registered in a separate overtime record prescribed by the
Company.

Overtime work shall not offset any undertime work whether on the same or
any other day.
