The Note 7 exchange programme
• Samsung launched an exchange program for the customers of Note 7 immediately after the explosions of the device.
• First they started with the Korean airports by setting exchange booths at the airports because carrying a note 7 in an aircraft may lead to a
major disaster.
• The second step taken by the company was that they contacted each and every note 7 customer and asked them to exchange their device
against the newly launched S7, S7 EDGE and S7 active.
