From the Desk of Head of Department

I am extremely honoured to be the Head of Department of this
prestigious institution. It gives me immense pleasure to be a part
of the IHM family. This institute has been imparting quality

education in hospitality and has provided the industry with finest
set of trained professionals and continues to do so. We make
continuous efforts to be with our students through their

professional journey and guide them at every step. Our aim is the
all round development of our students, so that they can reach their
goals and achieve unconquered milestones in their lives.

The institute is creating additional infrastructure in form of
practical labs, lecture rooms, equipments to further enhance the
level of training being imparted to the students. The property
management system earlier installed has recently been upgraded
to keep pace with the increasing levels of automation in hotel

industry particularly in the area of Front office & Food and
Beverage operations.

I would like to convey a message to all the students that professional opportunities in the hospitality sector are

boundless and the sky is the limit for growth. Success can be achieved with hard work, honesty, determination.

I would also like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the hard work, sincerity and dedication of the faculty
and staff members in contributing towards producing remarkable results and shouldering the responsibility of

taking this institution ahead.

Like every year, this year also, this magazine has been presented in a wonderful way. I sincerely appreciate the
contribution and efforts of the faculty and students associated with it.
