KFC Otradnoe
Moscow
I moved to Moscow when I was a teenager. I was studying and
trying to find a job that was to my liking, that could also be com-
bined with the studies. As a result, I have been working in KFC for
2 years already and I do not plan to quit.
This place, this job, does not only let me develop but it also
gives me the opportunity to participate in volunteering.
I do enjoy dealing with animals that need help. This is out-
standing that there are people who despite their own problems
have been helping the abandoned animals, trying to find a new
home for them. This reminds me that there is still some light in
the world. Even facing problems people are still trying to help
poor animals: to find a new home for them, although it is a chal-
lenge, or just to take them out for regular walks. There are so
many abandoned pets and each of them wants some love and
a master to be their best friend. Those who have been working
with that issue are very kind and open people, and from time to
time they try to take a pet from the shelter themselves.
Thanks to this volunteering experience I have shared my home
with two wonderful pets who are still with me, bringing me joy
and delight. These are not just animals; these are my friends!
